Special - The Presidential Limo that Traveled the World
President Franklin Roosevelt was so attached to this 1939 Lincoln Model
K Limousine that he transported it all over the world. Not only did the
U.S. Armed Forces have to insure the Presidents safety, but also the safety
of his favorite car. This 1939 Lincoln V12 convertible named the "Sunshine
Special" was used until 1950, and is now on display at the Henry Ford Museum.
